Spring Valley High School (SC) started two-a-day practices yesterday. Led by defensive end Mack Frost and offensive lineman Leon Hart, Spring Valley has the potential for a truly special season.

Frost, who is one of the best defensive end prospects on the East coast, is putting off his recruiting process to focus on helping his team reach their ultimate goal.

“I have about twelve offers,” said Frost. “I’m wide open right now – I just want to concentrate on trying to win a state championship. That’s what I’m focused on right now. I’ll probably take my official visits after the season.”

After visiting five camps this summer, Frost learned some new techniques he thinks will help him become an even more dangerous player. He hopes to use his newfound moves against the opposition.
