Spring Valley High School in Columbia, South Carolina boasts at least three of South Carolina’s top prospects in defensive end Anthony Davis, offensive lineman Leon Hart, and defensive end Mack Frost . While Davis is a rising prospect who displays great potential, Hart and Frost are considered two of South Carolina’s top five prospects.

Frost, a phenomenal athlete who is 6-5, 230 pounds, and runs a legit 4.7 in the 40, will camp this summer at the University of Virginia. Though he has not yet received an official offer, he is receiving heavy interest from the Cavaliers.

“UVA has shown a lot of interest,” said Frost, who is being recruited by new tight ends coach Andy Heck. “They have not offered yet. I will camp there along with Georgia, South Carolina, and Maryland. I have received offers from South Carolina, Clemson, Maryland, Duke, Wake Forest, Vanderbilt, and UNC.”

Often double teamed as a junior, Frost still recorded 82 tackles, including five sacks and 12 quarterback hurries. He earned all-state honors for his junior year performance. His greatest asset is his athletic ability. Frost is extremely quick off the edge and has great closing speed, making him a dangerous pass rusher.
