1) In the past couple of years the Atlantic Division has been head and shoulders better than the Coastal, especially at the top. How close are teams like UNC, Miami and especially VT to competing for the ACC title? Duke has had better recruiting classes along with good coaching, is it time to include them in the thinking of contender in the Coastal? – HardTimes

Chris Coleman: I’ll tackle each one of those schools on a one-by-one basis, but before I do that, it’s important to note that Florida State and Clemson have higher football ceilings than anyone else in the league. That doesn’t mean that nobody else can get there, as the Hokies have been on the brink of winning a National Championship and had a long run of 10+ win seasons. However, the road for FSU and Clemson is a little easier thanks to location, stadium size, their fan bases, their financial situation, etc.
