CC's Scouting Report: Though he's not as highly-regarded as fellow cornerback recruit Donaldven Manning, I like Tookes just as much long-term. He has really only played cornerback for a year, and he still shows good footwork and coverage ability despite his lack of experience. He also has excellent speed. Tech was the first school to offer, and he committed right away. Since then, Tennessee, South Carolina, Nebraska and others have offered.
