Notes: Miller will be on wrestling scholarship his first year at Virginia Tech, but he will then switch to football for the remainder of his college career.

Miller plays on the offensive line and defensive tackle for head coach James Gilbert. As a junior last season, he tallied 110 total tackles including 52 solo efforts and three sacks.

An outstanding wrestler, Miller won the heavyweight Group AA state championship in 2008.

Miller comes from an athletic family. His oldest brother, John, played football at Duke. His sister, Heather, played basketball at Wake Forest. Older brother Tim is on a wrestling scholarship at Virginia Tech.
