A.B. Latif

Notes: Born Allan Barnett. Father converted to Muslim and renamed him Khalil Latif when he was four. Prefers to be known as A.B. Latif.

Latif earned Richmond Times-Dispatch first-team all-metro honors and AP all-state honors for his senior season performance.

Latif finished his junior season with over 80 pancake blocks, earning Richmond Times-Dispatch first-team all-metro honors for his performance.

Head coach Tom Hall: "He transferred here midway through his sophomore season from Monacan. He started working hard in the off-season and had a great junior year. He's really lean. He can bench 360 pounds and I think he'll be the first player I've ever had at Manchester to bench over 400 pounds.

"He's the best offensive lineman I've seen in a long time."
