  1. Unfortunately that backdrop reinforces the image of VT as a “cow college.” Thanks to Farm Bureau for sponsoring … but jeez.

  2. I thought that was an amazing political statement. Mr. Babcock emitted an air of control of his surroundings, instilling confidence; a connection. I believe that for far too long, our athletic administration has been devoid of connection with the people who follow and support our programs. This news conference was refreshing.

  3. Well Bruce Pearl and Phil Jackson are taken as of today, maybe a Duke or Carolina assistant? Larry Brown is probably getting itchy feet down at SMU, what’s it been for him? Three years already? I for one, would love to see Tech be more than a football school. I live in Cville, and these Wahoo’s are acting like they are UCLA in the 60’s after their first decent season in a generation. Would love to see Tech kick their butts next year.
