    Per this Washington Post link below, most of the ACC coaches are in the $1MM to $1.5MM range. Seth was at $1.4MM'ish last year so basically we are saving around $700k with this move this coming year. Hopefully that money we are saving can be further invested into assistant coaches, recruiting, etc.

    Isn't he getting $1.3 million: Base of $245K; Other Salary of $680K and Incentives of $375K?

    No. Base + Incentives plus ancillary compensation will add up to $680k
