The constant turnover speaks for itself. Young coaches take jobs in order to better themselves and advance their careers.
Seth isn't a teaching coach , he doesn't have any system or identifiable style to pass on to younger coaches. His peers don't seek him out to lecture on the Greenberg way of playing basketball.
Seth is very average in accomplishments and thus no coat tails to land head coaching jobs for his assistants.
I can see the football staff not having a problem with TSL. If Seth doesn't have a problem with TSL, then he isn't aware of what is posted here about him.
How many of the assistants that have left have taken a higher assistant job? I seem to remember a few of the assistants went from number 3 assistant to number 2 or 1 assistant.
BTW, how do you rationalize all this? VT not in urban environment, so everyone leaves, but CSG stays for the bucolic joy of it all?
Honest question; what would it take for you to crawl out of the CSG tank?

Time for one more coach to go as well and it won't be soon enough.
