Is selling a house the worst process ever?

If not, what is? I'm pretty sure I won't buy a house ever again.
It's a formidable scent... It stings the nostrils. In a good way.

Along those lines, who wants to buy my house?

yes, doing so now. along with all the drab painting, getting to take down most of your pictures, removing anything personal, and clearing out all of your stuff.

on the bright side, those are now items i will not have to pack later as they are ready to go.

I hate moving my office, let alone my house. Moving in general is one of the things I hate most.

Yes it is. Spent the entire morning getting the house ready and the agent just called and cancelled the viewing. It has only been 3 weeks for me but I am entirely sick of it already!
They say I'm lazy but it takes all my time.

Buying a car is easy. Just do your research ahead of time, and do NOT have your heart set on a certain make/model that you have to have RIGHT NOW.
