So besides Morgan and Royal, neither is a number one receiver, who do we have?
And by the way, our fired coach was still conservative on offense in his new job but with better players he did more. It really is all about the players way more than Techsupport believes.
VT has been there done that and what we totally lost sight of was the idea that the plateau might be in sprite of the coach rather than because of the coach.
If you are not sure you can make an improvement, and improvement from our current perches is extremely difficult, then don't screw up a good thing.
As I said we did that once already because the feelings were that the "modern" game had past our very solid and successful coach by. We got a young hotshot from a glitz program and as long as we had a future nfler at QB we had the exciting offense we wanted. Thing is we didn't win as much and as soon as that one QB was gone, the offensive "system" of the new guy sank like a rock.
And btw the fired coach soon was hired at another school that was considered a step up from us and soon had them doing way better than we were doing. It wasn't the coach at all.
FB can change opinions on #1 just replacing Stiney!
Question 2: No
Question 3:1. Frank Beamer is a class act. 2. His loyalty to his family, school, and players/staff (maybe sometimes too loyal in the case of Stinespring). 3. He thinks before he speaks. 4. He has put Virginia Tech football on the map.
Why would a BYU fan start this, over the last 20 years VT has been ALOT better than BYU, There is no reason to compare these 2 coaches
