It is, but I don't see why the rumormill hasn't picked UConn. It has been established that UConn was the second most valuable TV team available after Syracuse. Why wouldn't UConn be rumored to go to the Big 12 with Louisville instead of Rutgers?
I thought that was established in the minds of UConn fans only. They think they are more valuable than BC, VT, Miami, Cuse, and Pitt put together. They can't fathom why they haven't been invited.
