And THIS is why I can't understand why so many people were so critical of him. What more could anybody possibly ask of a guy?

C'mon NoHokie83 and NopieHokie - argue with being 70% of the Offense - LT was awesome

And the only thing that ever got him out of a game was a cheap shot.

Well, that explains why the offense was so bad this year. Can't ask a guy who cannot perform at his job to do everything, or it will make everyone else suffer. 8 turnovers against Duke and BC in back to back weeks... There is just no defense for that.

Yeah, the offense really took off once Leal took over.

It really was all LT's fault.

The offense as a whole was awful. But lets not pretend that Logan was not a part of the badness.

Just because Leal played like crap when he was in the game doesn't mean that Logan didn't play bad as well.

Leal's performance in the bowl game has nothing to do with Logan's performance throughout the year (and career for that matter), which was largely inconsistent for various and numerous reasons. Everyone (QB, OL, WRs, RBs, Coaches) played their part in the poor offensive product and took turns doing so. Logan was an incredible player for VT and was as selfless as any Hokie I can recall but that doesn't exonerate him from his shortcomings.
It's not that you are ignorant, it's just that you know so much that isn't so.

Posts like this just make me scratch my head. Where would this team be without LT this year? Let me tell you......5-7 (at best) and sitting home with UVA during bowl season.......

You few can hate on LT all you want, but the offense was SAVED by LT. Not harmed. He had absolutely nobody around him.

Unfortunately for us, we will likely get to see that 5-7 record next season. Perhaps then you will see what LT provided for this team?

Once again... just because Leal was bad doesn't mean Logan was good.
