Confused....you're lobbying for both teams to wear their home jerseys? Why?

Why not? UCLA's home color is light enough that it wouldn't cause confusion, and the all-maroon look rocks.

Duke and Florida State did it in the ACC Championship game this year as well. It's a growing trend. I think it looks great when home colors are different enough to provide enough of a color contrast as to not be confusing. White jerseys are just boring.

UCLA USC doing it is a long term tradition, i believe. might have been interrupted by NCAA, but i don't think it's a new thing.

CFA has been allowing it in their kickoof (and bowl?) games for a few years now. there is no longer a rule against it as long as the "home" team approves whatever the visiting team is wearing as far as i understand it.

time to drop whites and everyone have an alternative team color jersey so they have at least one contrasting option vs everyone.

I think USC-UCLA started doing it again a few years ago, and both teams would take a penalty to start the game to do so. And I agree with everybody else. It looks great.
