Jonathan Kabongo Commits to Virginia Tech Men’s Basketball for Class of 2018

Virginia Tech men’s basketball added another commitment for their Class of 2018 on Sunday, thanks to guard Jonathan Kabongo.

Kabongo is a 6-foot-2, 180-pound point guard from Putnam Science Academy in Connecticut. Kabongo holds just three offers, including Tech, Missouri and Washington State. 

Virginia Tech now holds three commitments in the Class of 2018. Kabongo joins guard Jarren McAllister and forward Landers Nolley. According to Rivals, Virginia Tech’s Class of 2018 ranks 28th in the country, which is sixth among ACC teams.
