1) With the success of Tremaine Edmunds do you think Bud will shift towards bigger LBs? In the past and even in his recruitment we thought we’d switch him to DE. It’s been a recruiting knock on us for years. Is Edmunds helping us with some of these high prospect LBs this and last year? – hokiehunter07
Chris Coleman: I think Foster will recruit the linebackers he feels he has the best chance of signing. It’s not like Tech hasn’t recruited big linebackers before. Stephone Anthony (Clemson) and Curtis Grant (Ohio State) come to mind, and I’m sure there were others as well. The Hokies just didn’t sign any of them. You have to go all the way back to Ben Taylor and Jake Houseright for the last time the Hokies put a pair of big linebackers on the field together.
