Sherando (Stephens City, VA) linebacker/tight end Dylan Rivers released highlights from the first six games of his junior season. It’s easy to see why the 6’2”, 215-pound prospect is considered one of the top juniors in the state.

Rivers has received scholarship offers from 13 schools: Arizona, Clemson, Duke, Maryland, North Carolina, NC State, Old Dominion, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Vanderbilt, Virginia, Virginia Tech and West Virginia. All of the schools that have offered envision the talented prospect playing Mike or Will, with Penn State mentioning SAM linebacker as a possibility as well. Tennessee, which has not yet offered, likes Rivers as a tight end.

There is still time for others to enter the race, as Rivers plans to make all five official visits before making his college commitment. While it is still early in the Sherando star’s recruitment, there are three schools he knows he wants to visit officially.
