Today we’ll examine Virginia Tech’s new offensive coaches from a recruiting perspective. Coaching is only part of the battle. You can’t win without good players, so let’s take a look back at the recruiting history of Scot Loeffler and Jeff Grimes.
Note that Aaron Moorehead was in a non-recruiting position at Stanford, and has never been an off campus recruiter at this point in his career. He’ll get his first opportunity at Virginia Tech.
Using the Rivals.com database, we’ll examine the recruits Scot Loeffler and Jeff Grimes have been able to sign in the past. Note that we can’t guarantee the database is complete, but it’s all we have to go on right now.
