In all likelihood, Kyle Chung will play on the offensive line at Virginia Tech.
“[The Virginia Tech coaches] have mentioned guard or center, but they also say we’ll see what happens when I get there,” the 6’4″, 265-pound Ponte Vedra (FL) senior said.
Chung started at tight end for the Sharks his sophomore and junior seasons before moving to offensive guard this season. Playing on the offensive line “comes natural,” says Chung, who adds that he is improving each and every game.
“The transition has been pretty smooth,” Chung said. “It was kind of rough at first, but I’ve gotten better. My pulls are a lot better. Before, my footwork wasn’t good. I kept tripping over my teammates. I kept working, and I’m doing a lot better now.”
