Warhill (Williamsburg, VA) senior Parker Osterloh is on schedule to enroll at Virginia Tech in a little over three months.

“It’s starting to kick in.  I’m a little nervous, but not too bad,” Osterloh said.

The 6’8″, 290-pound prospect obviously could stay a full year at Warhill if he wished, but early enrollment is something he has eyed for some time.  Tech loses its two current starting tackles, Nick Becton and Vinston Painter, to graduation, and there isn’t a lot of experience in place behind those two.  A promising spring could potentially put Osterloh in the conversation for early playing time next fall.

“My goal is to go in there, work hard, and do the best I can in spring football,” said Osterloh, who is finishing up his application to Virginia Tech.
