Hampton (VA) has put up 42 points in each of its past two games, including a 42-20 win over Woodside and a 42-0 win over Denbigh.  Virginia Tech-bound running back Marshawn Williams has been terrific, totaling 325 yards rushing and seven touchdowns in those two games.

“It feels amazing.  It is like in basketball, like you can’t miss a shot,” Williams said of his rushing success.  He had 26 carries for 133 yards and five scores last week.

“I have to give a lot of credit to the offensive line.  Without them, I couldn’t do any of this.  We’ve been together a long time, so there is a lot of chemistry there.”

Although he had success while sharing carries each of the previous two years (he had 700 yards and 13 touchdowns last season), Williams admits he enjoying his first season as the Crabbers’ primary ball-carrier.
