Hokies Make Second Half Adjustments Against Austin Peay

Virginia Tech got by Austin Peay on Saturday.  Though the Hokies didn’t play particularly well, it’s still a win, and on we go to Pittsburgh.

I really don’t have a lot to say about this game.  Virginia Tech didn’t practice on Tuesday, and they had what amounts to a walk-through on Friday, so they basically had about 2.5 days of practice to get over a physical game against Georgia Tech and prepare for the Governors.  I think they should have played better, but I’m not going to get up in arms about things…yet.  If the Hokies don’t play well offensively against Pitt next week, then I might change my tune.

I only have a couple of topics to discuss today.  Then we’ll give out helmet stickers, and have a brief update on the Pitt Panthers.
