Virginia Tech’s October 9th matchup with Central Michigan will kickoff at noon, and the game will be televised by ESPNU.
Central Michigan is 2-2 this season, with a game with Ball State upcoming this Saturday. They beat Hampton 33-0 to start the season, and then narrowly lost to a solid Temple team 13-10 in overtime. After blowing out Eastern Michigan 52-14, they went on to lose to Northwestern 30-25 in a good game this past Saturday.
This will be the first ever meeting between the Hokies and Chippewas.
