Two months after accepting a scholarship to attend Virginia Tech, Atlantic (Delray Beach, FL) quarterback prospect Mark Leal says, “I’m comfortable. I’m happy with my decision.”

The 6-1, 185-pound signal caller has yet to visit the place he’ll spend the next four or five years of his life, but that’ll change this week. Leal, accompanied by his parents and Atlantic star rising senior wide receiver James Louis, will arrive in Blacksburg on Thursday.

“I’m excited,” Leal said of the upcoming visit. “I’ve been talking to the coaches so long over the phone. I’m excited to have the chance to meet them in person, talk to them and see what they have to offer. We’ve talked a lot since I committed, but it has been about building relationships. I’ll talk about the offense more on Friday. I’m going to see my new home.”
