Soroye Official

According to an article in the Daily Press, Montrose Christian center Tunji Soroye has sent in his signed Letter of Intent to UVa. An excellent defender and rebounder, the 6-10, 220 pound Nigeria native helped Montrose Christian to a 25-4 season this year.

Soroye becomes the third prospect to sign with Virginia for the 2004 class, joining William Penn Charter (Philadelphia, PA) point guard Sean Singletary and Brewster Academy (Wolfeboro, NH) small forward Adrian Joseph.
