With four official visits in the books, Hermitage (Richmond, VA) linebacker Andrew Bowman is getting close to closing out his recruiting process. He has one remaining official visit, and hopes to decide soon after.

“I’m going to visit UNC,” Bowman said. “I’m going to take that on the 9th [of January]. I’ll get with my parents and make my decision pretty soon, but it will be after my UNC visit.”

Bowman made his fourth official visit this weekend, going to Virginia Tech. He had previously made official visits to Tennessee, Virginia, and Purdue. This weekend’s experience appears to have been similar to the previous four.

“I’d give it an eight [out of ten],” Bowman said of his Virginia Tech visit. He was hosted by freshman tight end and former Hermitage teammate Duane Brown. “I’d say I had about the same feelings on each of my visits. I enjoyed myself at all of the places.
