As an in-state prospect, you know you qualify for “top-target” status if you receive offers from the big in-state schools. In the case of Hermitage linebacker Andrew Bowman , he has achieved that status. Virginia and Virginia Tech were the first two schools to offer the talented and energetic backer from central Virginia.

He has since received an offer from two more schools.

“I have received offers from Virginia, Virginia Tech, University of Richmond, and the University of North Carolina,” said Bowman. “North Carolina was the most recent to offer me.”

In addition to these schools, Pittsburgh, Ohio State, Maryland, Michigan State, and NC State are some other schools recruiting Bowman. At 6-1, 230 pounds, he projects as a middle linebacker in college despite playing primarily on the outside in high school.
